I personally do not like group classes, they tend to make to very anxious but I was instantly calmed after explaining this to Lauren. Pilates has really helped me focus on my body, it really allows me to have a clear head space and after each session I’m always smiling, I leave happy and content. I really love that Lauren offers various stages for one exercise allowing me to either challenge myself or take a more relaxed move depending on how my body feels on the day. It allows you to attend class even if your body is feeling a little fatigued!"
