Mat Pilates
a form of exercise which strengthens and lengthens the muscles in your body, helps with mobility and flexibility and improves your core function, leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced and energised.
My sessions cater for all your Pilates needs; with focus upon breathwork, core strength and mind to body connection. You can expect to work through a variety of the Pilates repertoire of movements which have been adapted to suit all levels of ability and experience, enabling everyone to work safely and effectively. Props such as Pilates circles, balls and resistance bands are sometimes incorporated into the exercises to provide a fun and exciting element. The sessions are finished with stretches and short periods of relaxation, giving the body an all-round workout and promoting a sense of wellbeing. Whether you are a beginner looking to improve your strength and try something new, or have been taking Pilates classes for a while, mat Pilates classes have something for everyone. Expect to join me in a friendly, supportive and relaxed class setting which is welcoming to all ages, genders and abilities.

A serene and supportive yoga sanctuary in Hucknall. Expect a beautifully decorated studio with a relaxing atmosphere, full of lovely scents and chilled music.
